It seens my IP has been blocked by the GFW (the Chinese Great Firewall).
what can I do now ?

Hello Drunny,

Your VPS IP Address is currently blocked by the Chinese Great Firewall.
This is typically caused by running Proxy/VPN software (i.e. Shadowsocks).
If you would like us to change your IP Address, we can do so, if you agree to the following:
– If you were running Proxy/VPN software, you will no longer do so in the future
– You agree to the termination of your existing VPS, in preparation for a new one, this will involve complete data loss

Hello Virpus,

Thank you for your reply.um….I think it’s a hard decision. it means I can’t run Proxy/VPN software with this VPS anymore. But frankly, running Proxy/VPN software is the mainest purpose for this VPS. Without that, I don’t know why I bought this VPS. Are there any of EthernetServers policies forbid its users to run Proxy/VPN software?
P.S: My English is not good, I hope you understand what I said. and I hope to get a useful suggestion from you.

Hello,

We have no problems with you running a proxy/vpn, but if you do, the chances are very high that the Chinese Great Firewall will block the IP. This is of course not something we have any control over unfortunately.

Yes of course I know this is not your fault.
But it’s also not mine.
I feared and reviled no freedom of speech, that’s the reason why I run VPN software. My govment take me as a dumbass,They are afraid to let the Chinese people hear any voice of opposition, and they think the Chinese people do not have any ability to distinguish. In fact they are the not confident dumbass!
I have no way to change this, but can I request you to change IP some moretimes ?
